Welcome to our tropical modern villa in Pererenan! Enjoy a fully air-conditioned living room with Wi-Fi and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with workspaces, and ensuite bathrooms. Relax in the shared pool surrounded by greenery or head to the rooftop lounge with a pool and panoramic views. We're 5 minutes from Shelter Restaurant and Pererenan Beach.

Check-in: After 3 PM, check-out: Before 12 PM. Early/late check-ins subject to availability and fees. Please do not move furniture or fixtures without permission. Smoking allowed outdoors only. Keep valuables in the safe. Report any issues to the villa staff immediately. Guests are responsible for damages and lost keys (USD 25). No illegal activities or noise past 10 PM.

Before making a booking, here are some additional details to take note of:

-Please note that there is construction located nearby the villa. This may cause construction noise during the day, and we offer a special discount from the base price, which has already been applied.

-Check-in time starts at 15:00. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

-A security deposit, known as a bond, is required from guests. This deposit should be prepared and handed over to the villa manager upon check-in. The security deposit serves to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during your stay. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or losses detected. The amount of the security deposit will be informed in the message.

-Check-out time is a maximum of 11:00. Late check-out may be charged an extra fee, and it is based on availability.

-If you have any special requests, please inquire and communicate them in advance. This will allow us to make the necessary preparations and ensure your needs are met during your stay.
