Welcome to our 2BR tropical villa in Pererenan! Enjoy a fully air-conditioned living room with WiFi and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and private bedrooms with workspaces and ensuite bathrooms. Relax by the pool or on the rooftop lounge. We’re 5 minutes from Shelter Restaurant and Pererenan Beach.

Check-in after 3 PM, check-out before 12 PM. No furniture changes without permission. Keep valuables in the safety box—no responsibility for lost items. Turn off AC, fans, and lights when not in use. Smoking is outdoors only, and please keep noise low after 10 PM. You're responsible for any damage or lost keys (USD 25). No illegal activities—violations will result in eviction. Report issues to the villa staff immediately.

Before making a booking, here are some additional details to take note of:

-Please note that there is construction located nearby the villa. This may cause construction noise during the day, and we offer a special discount from the base price, which has already been applied.

-Check-in time starts at 15:00. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

-A security deposit, known as a bond, is required from guests. This deposit should be prepared and handed over to the villa manager upon check-in. The security deposit serves to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during your stay. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or losses detected. The amount of the security deposit will be informed in the message.

-Check-out time is a maximum of 11:00. Late check-out may be charged an extra fee, and it is based on availability.

-If you have any special requests, please inquire and communicate them in advance. This will allow us to make the necessary preparations and ensure your needs are met during your stay.
