Transportation arrangements and tours, cruises to other islands, riding scooters like the locals, mount Batur sunrise trekking, white water rafting, surfing lessons, and more are available. We are here to make sure your holiday will be smooth and enjoyable!

We are able to arrange airport pick-ups on request; please let us know if you require this service and we would be delighted to arrange on your behalf.

Check-in time is 2 pm, and check-out time is 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be associated with additional charges.

Daily housekeeping is provided, with extensions of service available upon request. Fresh linens and towels are provided upon arrival and will be changed every three days unless requested otherwise.
