Living Room: The living room is characterized by its high, vaulted ceiling that is adorned with a traditional thatched roof, adding a touch of rustic elegance to the space. Villa manager greets you on arrival and departure and inform the personnel of special needs. You will be met, placed and guided around the villa. He will be happy to answer all your questions and help you with advices of where to go/what to do, suggest activities and attractions. If there is anything else we can help coordinate for you to fulfill all your wishes we will. Otherwise will leave you in peace to relax and enjoy your holiday. Villa manager remain at your disposal should you require more information. He is nearby and on-hand available to guide you and assist you with all your needs.

Q: Do you provide airport pick-up service?
A: Yes, we do. Feel free to contact our Hombali customer support once you confirm your reservation to enjoy this service.

Q: Can I check in earlier?
A: Kindly be informed that our check-in time starts from 3 PM, and our check-out time is before 11 AM. Early check-in and/or late check-out is subject to availability and may be subject to additional cost.

Q: Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
A: We do, indeed. Fresh linen and towels are also provided upon your arrival, which will be changed every 3 days.

Q: Can I bring my pet to stay with me?
A: Yes, you sure can with a refundable deposit upon arrival. Kindly also note that we seek your cooperation to keep the hygiene and the tidiness of the property. Any damage, stain, and breakage should be fixed and/or replaced under your cost. We thank you for your kind understanding :)

Q: Do you have a monthly discount?
A: At the moment, yes :) We are glad to offer a special monthly price for 30 nights stay which includes free WiFi, cooking gas, housekeeping service 2x per week, and linen change 1x per week. Electricity and drinking water are not included. Send us an inquiry to find out the price :)

Q: If I decided to stay for a month, would it be possible to have a cleaning service more often?
A: It is surely possible with an extra housekeeping fee :)

Q: We are traveling with our baby. Do you provide a baby cot? Or a high chair?
