As our guest, you will have full access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, spacious living room with air conditioning and home cinema, fully equipped kitchen, and private bedroom with a laptop-friendly workspace and ensuite bathroom. Outdoor spaces, such as the sunbed area for tanning, are also yours to enjoy. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance to Kedai Nanu and just 12 minutes from Berawa Beach. A 24/7 on-demand concierge service is available to assist with any requests during your stay.

Q: Do you provide airport pick-up service?
A: Yes, we do. Feel free to contact our Betterplace customer support once you confirm your reservation to enjoy this service.

Q: Can I check in earlier?
A: Kindly be informed that our check-in time starts from 2 PM, and our check-out time is before 12 noon. Early check-in and/or late check-out is subject to availability and may be subject to additional cost.

Q: Can I bring my pet to stay with me?
A: As much as we love them, furry friends, unfortunately, pets are not allowed here.

Q: Do you have a monthly discount?
A: At the moment, yes :) We are glad to offer a special monthly price for 30 nights stay which includes free WiFi, cooking gas, housekeeping service 2x per week, and linen change 1x per week. Electricity and drinking water are not included. Send us an inquiry to find out the price :)

Q: We are traveling with our baby. Do you provide a baby cot? Or a high chair?
A: Yes, we do with an additional cost.
